Blacktip-shark babies!

OMAGAHH! They said, amazing things always happened when you least expect them, and it’s true!

Wednesday, 19th February 2014, as I did my casual snorkeling, I finally got my first encounter with the sharks.. in Misool, and its underwater! Yes, my first five! Well, after around a month I only bump into several blacktip-shark babies at seashore, this time, I met with some ‘one meter long’ sharks. Yay!

Hup.. saya melompat dari kapal ke sebuah kayu yang memang sengaja dibuat bagai sebuah jembatan kecil. Kami semua berjalan bagai sedang berbaris dengan jarak yang berbeda-beda sesuai ketahanan nafas kami.

“Sudah sampai?” seseorang bertanya.

“Dikit lagi, ayo sudah terlihat tuh..” teriak yang lain menyemangati.

It’s been 5 months since my last post! omg, what a very hectic months back then, eh? I realized it, yet nothing I can do about it. But now, here I am, in Misool, Raja Ampat – West Papua volunteering for 3 months in Baseftin and I finally have some me time and start to write again. Yeah, I’m happy! :)

Akhirnya, setelah menunggu satu teman yang (ternyata) tersesat dalam perjalanan ke terminal bus Kp. Rambutan, kami berempat masih beruntung karena mendapat bus terakhir menuju Garut sekitar tengah malam.

2 days Halong Bay trip may not be enough if you go on the sunny weather, unfortunately my parents and I came on one of the winter months.. which is quite cold because of a pretty strong and misty wind.

Above all.. we met new people, we canoed, we sing, we laugh, and we amazed with the scenery along the trip! *big smile*

Hari H walk-in interview di SocMed Festival – Senayan pun tiba!

Oh iya, jadi di interview ini, kita harus berusaha meyakinkan aspirer yang kita pilih supaya mereka memilih kita.. lewat penjelasan ide yang bisa kita lakukan untuk membantu misi mereka, dan jika terpilih (2 orang per aspirer), kita akan mendapat wild card yang akan secara otomatis membuat kita langsung menjadi 20 semifinalis! Oye banget gak sih? *fingers-crossed*
